Well you should all know that now I am done with school!! Well, 'ish'. Done with school school but started with Bible studies! I'm excited for what God has and is going to be teaching me this year. Starting a new chapter in life has been somewhat different but exciting. I get to babysit more, read more, make scarves and start something new (blankets =)

Well, I just finished up my last Cross Country season with Lincoln High School. As a senior, I realize just how quickly those four high school years go by. I have lost my chance to really be a good long distance runner in high school and I greatly regret not taking running more seriously. I ended this season with regrets. My last race ever was my first time ever jumping out of a race. I had to stop because of my asthma. I had never had it that bad before. It didn't make sense to me because I had taken about five puffs of my inhaler before the race. I was definitely very upset for something I had no control of. Although Cross Country came to a sad ending for me, God has taught me that its not only about having a great race; its about having a positive and a good attitude especially when you have a bad race. It has not been easy. But, I do have track season to look forward to.
